PDFMAILER.CLOUD Form & Sign offers you, your employees and your customers the possibility to enter, complete and sign contracts and forms electronically. Existing contracts or contract templates can simply be transferred as an existing PDF file and used for direct dispatch or to create a reusable template.

Web-based forms can be created and released for recording data that is not based on a contract. Contracts and forms can be provided with different input and signature fields depending on the role.

Access to contracts and forms is either via an individual invitation by email, for example to the parties necessary to sign the contract, or via a general public release by link.

Contracts and forms can be filled out directly online by the parties involved and signed electronically. The document or the signatures are confirmed by an eIDAS-compliant company seal from gotomaxx.

At the end of the process, the finished contract data is made available to all parties involved as a PDF and, if desired, also as a data record (XML, CSV).
